The service was excellent, from start to finish it was the best I could ask for, half the price of a quote I got elsewhere, they came and gave the quote and took it all away there and then, done and dusted in 25 minutes , all kitchen appliances, a TV, 2 tables, exercise equipment and 70+ bin liners of personal items, they told me to make a cup of tea and relax and they'd get on with it,
I can't remember the names of the people but they're a credit to this company, I'd highly recommend them and will be to everyone I know.

I’d gone to the gym and by the time I was home everything had gone with no mess, great price and an incredibly smooth and quick process.

They quoted me a price by phone originally and when the attended the property they were on time, polite, very helpful and did the work as promised. The final cost was exactly the same as the quote. This company could teach many big firms what customer service is. I would gladly use them again.
Nikki & Steve were brilliant. Called when they were 10 minutes away, were so lovely and helpful, and did a fantastic job. They even managed to move a heavy cast iron radiator we needed moving upstairs for us and assured us it was no trouble at all! 5 stars! 🌟
Would definitely recommend these guys, as I received a few quotes, and these were best priced and the best in their response and timing.
I was embarrassed about the mess I had made a massive mess in the backyard, yet Nikki and Steve reassured me that it wasn't even that bad compared to some they had seen. This turned out to be cheaper and faster than a skip and I didn't have to lift a finger either.
They even swept up the last bits and bobs and checked if I wanted to keep anything that appeared in decent condition.
Very thorough, hard working and timely.
My only regret is not having the toilet plumbed in so they could have 'comfort break' during the graft, as opposed to waiting until off-site. Unfortunately the renovation wasn't at that stage, but I'll bear it in mind for next time, along with tea and biscuits. Thankyou again.
