Great experience from start to finish with Leeds junk and rubbish removal. I emailed looking for a quote to remove and dispose of an old sofa and my email was responded to promptly. The quote was very reasonably priced and sofa was removed on a convenient day with a phone call confirming the guys were en route. Very friendly and respectful team. I arranged a collection over the phone and was given a cost estimate based on photos I sent over. The team arrived the very next day, took everything away, and left the area tidy. I had a lot of concrete and tiles to remove and also general waste from the cellar. I have to say leeds junk and rubbish came through positively they are a hard working team they actually were understanding and took alot of care when dealing with my request. Price was reasonable, on time scheduled even after a misunderstanding they came through with a positive resolution and a can do positive attitude. They do take alot of pride b joy in what they do an actually do exactly what they say they will. 2019: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the collection was delayed a day than originally booked but throughout I was kept updated by the admin team. When Richie (Van 3) arrived as promised in the text, he and his colleague Ben were professional, helpful, and courteous throughout the removal of a large awkward sofa. They respected my surroundings and I highly recommend them and this company. 10 out of 10 - would definitely recommend it! Received quotes both times within an hour and the guys that turned up for both jobs were absolutely fantastic, friendly and professional. Both teams left the space spotless. Ash and Noah were very efficient and friendly. We also noted that they left the drive and path even neater than it was before!! Their quote was accurate and they had capacity to start the job later that day and finish it the next morning. They kept us updated with timings and were 100%. When discussing a potential, bigger job in the coming weeks/months, they gave practical advice on how to clear the site in the cheapest way possible. Outstanding work. We had a sofa to be removed from the 1st floor of our house. It was a tricky move due to the double turn on our staircase and the weight and shape of the sofa. In the end the guys took it over the balcony and back through the house through the downstairs patio doors. The guys were friendly, polite and helpful throughout. I needed a broken treadmill removed, a heavy and awkward item that couldn’t be transported in a car.  Leeds Junk & Rubbish Removal responded promptly to my enquiry. I just wanted to say how absolutely wonderful Leeds Junk and Rubbish Removal have been. They did a truly fantastic job clearing the house — far better than I ever expected. They were so prompt and so polite, and they kept me updated the whole time with before‑and‑after photos, which I appreciated very much. Great dismantling & removal of an old rotting summer house done by Liam & Luke. Highly professional and friendly lads. The tricky bit was that we only have garden access through the house so everything had to go through the house. They the job quickly, took special care  and even tidied up afterwards. I needed a man with a van to clear out the extended garage, outhouse as well as a few bits from the front and back garden. As the stuff that needed to be cleared out was quite heavy. I called their office and spoke to a lovely lady “Jodie” who took my details and booked me in for a quote for the next day in the morning. “Rhys” and “Stephen” – van 3; gave me a courtesy call to advise me they were on their way and this was early morning, they came and quoted. Agreed on the price and they said they would be back later this morning. As they are currently just going to their first customer of the day. I told them that today was my day off and I wasn’t expecting them to give me a time slot for today itself and that exceeded my expectations. Another courtesy call to say they are on their way. The two gentlemen cleared out the 4 areas that I said needed to be done.  They were so careful, patient, understanding and very quick. Absolutely brilliant service. I was in a bit of an emergency situation, having been let down over the weekend by someone I found on facebook to collect and dispose of some furniture in a rental apartment before the next tenants moved in. I contacted Leeds Junk & Rubbish Removal on Sunday and they were so quick to provide a response and a quote based on photographs, within a matter of 1-2 hours. It was then all booked in for the very next day, very effortlessly. Couldn't fault the guys who attended and got the job done, nor the team communicating regarding the booking. I recently used Leeds Junk & Rubbish Removal for a big clearance job. The team who came out were excellent — very polite, helpful, honest, and they worked hard to get everything cleared just as quoted. They left the site clean and tidy, and I really can’t fault the quality of the rubbish removal itself. There was a mix‑up with the office on the booking dates. I was told they’d be out the next day, but the team actually arrived two days later. Even with that hiccup, the on‑site crew did an outstanding job once they arrived, and the overall service from them was spot on. Needed to dismantle an old playhouse with swing and slide, old garden furniture table and chairs, old kids sand table, exercise bike, lawnmower, old paint, and other items of general garden waste. It was a big pile of things. It was easy to get quote and super quick, same day as submitting form on website. Price was very reasonable in comparison to a skip, where you'd have to do all the heavy lifting ourselves. Tom, Micheal and Aaron come on a Saturday to do all the work. Used the easy online booking form and had a prompt reply offering me a slot. It wasn't convenient so I rang the office and within a few minutes I had a time and date that worked for me.  Adam and Ash rang me 15 minutes before they arrived. They gave me a quote, I paid and within 30 minutes all the furniture had been loaded onto the van. I suffer very badly with anxiety and nerves - these two guys made me feel like I were talking to friends that I had known for a long time, to the point I was at ease to have a laugh with them.
