I have used this company twice in the last month to collect and dispose of large and heavy furniture. They were extremely efficient and businesslike as well as being knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful from the staff on the phone to the drivers and moving staff. The furniture was moved out with care and respect for my home. I live in Newcastle and had a sold a house in Leeds which I had rented out for years . Not living local was a bit more difficult finding a good house clearance team . I stripped 3 ivy plants from my garden. My original plan had been to take them to the tip in my car. It would have taken many tips. After a bit of Googling I came across Leeds Junk and Rubbish. I am truly impressed by the efficiency of this team. Within a couple of hours of my posting a request for clearance of bricks and concrete from my back yard, Steve and his mate arrived, gave me a very reasonable quote for the job, set about the clearance, and within an hour it was all done, leaving the area clean and tidy. Brilliant service. Filled in a simple online form on a Saturday and they came round Mon am. The quote was so good a price I asked them to take the rubbish (small living room furniture items/packaging) away there and then. The two guys were polite, friendly, quick and efficient. They even wore boot protectors so my carpet didn't get messy in the wet weather. Will definitely use this company again.

Nikki & Steve were brilliant. Called when they were 10 minutes away, were so lovely and helpful, and did a fantastic job. They even managed to move a heavy cast iron radiator we needed moving upstairs for us and assured us it was no trouble at all! 5 stars! 🌟

I am really pleased with the service and price. Booked online on a Sunday, was contacted Monday morning with an acknowledgement text. Driver called when 5 minutes away. Inspected waste, quoted and taken away in 10 minutes. Lads were professional and polite.

Honestly, incredible team Nikki, Steve and Steve. Extremely polite and courteous. Turned up promptly with a heads up they were on route. Which was perfect for me as I wasn't living at the house (renovation project)
I was embarrassed about the mess I had made a massive mess in the backyard, yet Nikki and Steve reassured me that it wasn't even that bad compared to some they had seen. This turned out to be cheaper and faster than a skip and I didn't have to lift a finger either.
They even swept up the last bits and bobs and checked if I wanted to keep anything that appeared in decent condition.
Very thorough, hard working and timely.
My only regret is not having the toilet plumbed in so they could have 'comfort break' during the graft, as opposed to waiting until off-site. Unfortunately the renovation wasn't at that stage, but I'll bear it in mind for next time, along with tea and biscuits. Thankyou again.

I made an enquiry online and the next day the guys came round, gave me a good price and took it all away immediately. They had a card machine so no problem to pay by card either. Then they got a big vacuum cleaner out and hoovered up any mess that had been left by them carrying it out through the house! Nice guys, great service, have just recommended them to my partner.
The 2 people who came out and I have forgotten their name were really polite and seriously efficient in their work! Amazing company with an amazing service. Would recommend and call again if needed! Thank you from the staff on the phones to the men who cleaned my very dirty garden!
Excellent service and amazing value. The team kept me informed of their arrival time as they knew I was going out late morning. Gave me a quick and really reasonable quote to get rid of a load of rubbish from renovating and took it all away. Would definitely use again and would recommend.
Excellent service. The guys came at short notice and did the work (removing sofas, a mattress, a bed and loads of other rubbish left kindly by our ex-tenants). Polite, and a good price compared to skips and my time. Highly recommend.
It was really quick and easy to get a quote booked in, and on the day I was happy with the price so was able to have the rubbish removed there and then. Everyone I dealt with (both on email and the two guys who came to do the collection) was very friendly and quick to get things sorted. Very happy with the service and glad to have finally got rid of all of the junk!!
